Question: How do I put in a return request?
Answer: To complete a return request, click on "my account" at the top right of your screen.
This should take you to your account links.
Find the "completed orders" link, and click on that link.
Find the order that contains the item you would like to return, and select "return items."
Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.
Once it's been submitted, it will be reviewed. It will only be authorized if it meets the return policies for that type of item.
You will be contacted with instructions on how to return the item to us after the return has been approved.

Question: How do I apply my store credit when I checkout?
Answer: You will check out as normal.
When you click on the payment tab there will be 2 options, “pay with store credit,” or “pay with credit card.”
If the message above that states, "You do not have enough store credit to pay for this order." Please leave this option selected and scroll to the bottom and press the continue button. From there it will give you the option to pay the remaining balance with your credit card.

Answer: We are located in the heart of Oklahoma, in Oklahoma City!
Question: I have cashed in my coupon's and have not received a coupon code, what do I do next?
Answer: Coupon codes take anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 hours to be received and will be sent to you via email.
Please check your spam folder before calling to ensure you didn't receive it.

Question: What services does Vapor World ship through?
Answer: Depending on the weight of your package, it will either be sent USPS, UPS or FedEx.
If you would like a specific carrier please let us know when you checkout. Carriers can be specified in the “notes” section (some shipping charges may be incurred by doing so).
Question: How can I be notified when an item comes back in stock?
Answer: Every item that is out of stock has a field where an email can be entered. When that item is back in stock the system will send out an auto generated email to notify you that the item is back in stock.
Please note, if there are multiple color options for this product an email must be entered on every color option.
